Adam Smith has an extensive record of sales and sales management. He has also received advanced, executive level, sales training at XDU-Xerox Document University and at Pitney Bowes Worldwide headquarters. Adam is known for providing a consultative selling approach for imaging and document management solutions.
Prior to Uptown Business Machines, Adam was the Agent/Owner for XEROX Corporation on Vancouver Island where he owned and operated Pacific E-Documents Solutions Ltd. achieving and surpassing the $2,000,000 annual budget while building a dealer and consumables business to revenues of over $400,000 a year. Before Vancouver Island, he recruited, trained, and developed strong sales teams for Western Canada, Toronto proper and the US Midwest, while based in Detroit Michigan. Mr. Smith had built on a track record of outstanding personal sales, while managing assigned Major Account portfolios and as Program Solutions Specialist for BC and Yukon regions. Mr. Smith recorded overachievement of plan performance on million-dollar budgets and over exceeded record program success levels.
